Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks - Apparently, I’ve been living under a rock when it comes to LoZ, because this is the first I heard about it. Spirit Tracks is the third installment in the Wind Waker timeline (for Zelda fans, that would mean the third game in the child line after Ocarina). The game play looks interesting, between the train (yes, train. Link drives it…so squishy cute with his little cap!), the Phantom (uh, yeah, this is my confused face), and just the general ‘feel’ of the game play. The colours are bright the graphics are interesting to view, and I have an urge to run over the sheep. I just wish I knew more about the storyline, for instance…what the hell happened to a flooded Hyrule?!
Untitled Zelda for Wii: slated for 2010, which gives us 18 months to fin out more. All I know is it’s for Wii, it may be a TP branch (or at least the artwork is similar), it could possibly deal with memories and player perceptions (er…), and might incorporate Wii Motion Plus (anyone got any info on what that is? I’ve been out of the Nintendo loop). They have enough of it done, that it could have been showcased at E3 2009, but they decided to put the focus on development and promote Spirit Tracks instead, so hopefully we’ll be getting some glimpses soon! Artwork for ZeldaU http://www.cubed3.com/media/2009/June/jb/fullzelda.jpg (I hate to point it out..but someone’s been ripping off the Great Fairy design from Wind Waker….can we please not mix up our art? Be interesting if the theory that she’s the embodiment of the Master Sword is true…of all Link’s female companions, only the Master Sword has never ditched him)…and apparently it’s a different era then TP…damn design.
KH: Days - Not much to say, except it’ll be released September 2009 in North America and was released May 30th in Japan.
KH III: This one is a bit more tricky, they mentioned they probably WILL be developing a new game, except they want to finish working on Birth by Sleep first, which is apparently having issues…and that’s about all I know.
KH Birth by Sleep: Delayed production due to problems. Is said to be a prequel to KH III…except, going by screen shots, it’s a prequel to the whole series! Yeah, English not working with some of these translations.
And that’s it on my front, I know there are news on other great games, but…they’re not my cup of tea so I don’t have anything more!

For some reason the ‘information’ parts took longer then the story snipets (which feature Seto/Yami from YGO, Saguru/Kaito (from Magic Kaito) and Axel/Roxas (from Kingdom Hearts II).
So go check it out if you’re bored!

Dear Square/Disney-
plz to be telling us if it’s emotional hearts or physical hearts that Nobodies do not possess in KH III, as you are not making sense and it’s very very confusing (though, most evidence points to emotional hearts, it would be nice if you settle the argument…)
WTF is an ‘un-birth’?! I know we’ll know soon, but shit…that is A. a REALLY stupid idea if you’re actually connecting them to the Heartless/Nobody species, B. A really stupid (and slightly gross name…I’m now imagining evil placenta…), C. Making of the no sense, and D…a really stupid name.
…you just pulled the 14th member our of your asses didn’t you?
Don’t put another live action movie in the game, k? PoTC rules and all, but it’s very jarring animation and kinda looked *shifty look* stupid *hides*.
–
And more random things from KH that aren’t in letter format -
If Riku didn’t recieve his keyblade until late KH II as many suggest, why does he have one in KH I? Soul Eater exists people! It’s handed to him by Maleficent! Okay, well not ‘handed’ to him, but y’know, made avaible. We have proof all the way from early KH I that not all Keyblade masters are ‘good’, King Triton tells Sora that the Keyblades can cause great destruction, Birth by Sleep’s promo’s demonstrate that evil/bad/corrupt weilder’s exist, the brunette (I want to say Ven, but I have a feeling his name is actually Terra) is not good and light (judging by what we know of previews, I could be so very wrong). Not to mention, THERE’S A KEYBLADE NAMED AFTER DARKNESS (King Mikey’s).
And expanding on that, if Sould Eater is the dark keyblade Riku has while possessed by Xenhort’s Heartless, where does it go when Xenhort’s Heartless takes full control and Sora frees Kairi? Does it go back into his soul, even though Riku’s pretty much, er…spirit boy? And if so, why does it do a mystical transformation into Way to the Dawn’s look-alike, even though it’s not Way to the Dawn? I mean, Soul Eater being the keyblade Sora stabs himself with makes sense (un-locking hearts and all that), but it shouldn’t reflect Way to the Dawn’s shape and symbolisom, it should still be alll dark and dramatic (then again, CoM wouldn’t have been as pretty without the wing shape in the ‘darker’ aspects of Riku’s side). (Yes, I’ve ranted on that before)
If King Mickey has the keyblade of Darkness, Sora has Light, Riku has Dawn…does that make Kairi’s Twilight? I mean, granted the symbolism would be cool, with two of the lightest charaters having the darkest keyblades…but then what would the others be? Four o’clock? A Freckle past a hair at noon? There are/were thousands…they can’t all represent something, and yet the four do.
And speaking of Kairi, does she actually have a Keyblade? It’s rather odd for Riku to just…hand it to her. Everyone else got a shiny ‘awakening’ moment (though Riku’s apparently happened off screen. Could it be, that unlike normal people, Princesses of Heart can weild the Keyblade, even without being ‘masters’, and if so, could that be a clue to the creation of the Keyblade’s themselves? Knight’s chosen by the Princesses (not the current ones, but past Princesses) to protect their world’s when they split from each other?
And WERE there previous Princesses of Heart? Are there others, who died and whose titles were passed on to the next purest heart? If not, what happened before these seven? Were the worlds connected then? Was there peace? And if there were, who were they?
Why do people keep thinking Ariel is a PoH? (Redundent, but I ask).
Now that the world’s know there are other’s out there, why can’t they develop the technology to travel in gummy space? Why does no one bother to follow Sora’s example and explore what’s beyond their ‘borders’? I know the Radient Garden group has, but what about say…Jack Sparrow or Ariel? Why are they so content in their little bubbles, that they don’t wonder what’s between the stars, where their friend goes?
(I had more, but this will do for now…so many questions…yet for some reason, most of the story makes perfect sense to me…I wonder why everyone says it’s confusing…)

On another note, my other had a series of testing done. Her cancer is small, in the vagina instead of uterus (which means it won’t spread unless we’re on of the 99.9%), and can last a while without surgery.
Which is good, as the doctor is STILL saying she’ll die if she has the surgery, so she’s not going to at this moment. She had to go in for a round of heart testing though, as the doctor is concerned with that.
…still want to lick Riku cosplayers.

| Originally published at Memoirs of a Nobody. You can comment here or there. First we have the black keyblade that looks a lot like Oblivion but isn’t.
Then we have Soul Eater which is supposedly the blade Malificent forged, but NOT the black blade that Riku carried around Hallow Bastion and NOT the blade that freed Kari and Roxas.
Then we have Way to the Dawn which is Soul Eater with a keychain on it (making it an actual keyblade, though Riku still thinks of it as Soul Eater…which kind of makes no real sense as Soul Eater was a fake.
UNLESS, Soul Eater IS the Black Keyblade Riku carried in Hollow Bastion, making that Riku’s TRUE keyblade and the one he connects with, just as Sora’s is Kingdom Key (and Mickey’s is whatever the hell Mickey’s default keyblade is because it’s not Kingdom Key…I think).
But if the Black Keyblade is Soul Eater, why did Riku have a winged blade just before that in the fight with Beast, and why does he have it later, without it being Way to the Dawn? Is Way to the Dawn a manifestation keyblade of Riku’s own heart? Or perhaps Mickey’s? Perhaps it transformed into a proximity of the winged blade based on one of their focus’, drawing back to the weapon he had before consumed by Ansem, when he felt strongest.
But if that’s so, why does the Black Keyblade not actually have a keychain on it, when even Kingdom Key does? It’s obviously a keyblade, it even has a power…and an appropirate one for Riku, who is by all definition, Sora’s opposite.
ARG! WHY is this so confusing? Sora’s keyblades aren’t this confusing and he has like…twenty of them!
